With 18 years of P&L, strategy, and business development experience across startups and corporates, Ruchir combines sharp business acumen with a heartfelt mission to equip children with real-world money skills. An IIT Roorkee and Emory University alum, he wants to mentor the next generation with the same skills, tools, and practical mindset he has applied in guiding his own children, helping them build confidence.

Bringing 25+ years of leadership experience with global corporations and having set up three startups, Anit blends international expertise with entrepreneurial drive and operational excellence to build practical financial learning experiences. He holds a degree from Emory University and is passionate about making financial literacy exciting and accessible for kids, inspiring them to develop smart money habits early.

Having taught thousands of kids and worked across many bestselling titles, Ritu deeply understands what children want and how to make complex money ideas relatable and engaging. She has over 20 years in education and publishing, including with Oxford University Press and Heritage Xperiential Learning School. She holds credentials from Lady Shri Ram College (LSR), Delhi University, and New York University (NYU).

Jeannine Glista is the Executive Producer and Co-creator of Biz Kid$, an Emmy Award-winning youth financial education series. She also co-authored How to Turn $100 Into $1,000,000 and has over 25 years of media and business experience. A passionate advocate for financial literacy, she continues to create engaging content that helps young people understand money. Fun fact: she’s also the original Biz Kid!
